What is the difference between the Demo and Trial Versions?

The demo version is a quick way to view some of the functionality of BrewSoft 1.0. Breweries usually explore our demonstration version first -- using or changing test data input by other brew houses, or your own, to become familiar with how the application works. The Trial version secures your company's data for real testing. This means that no other users have access to the data you input. And if you choose to purchase BrewSoft1.0 your infomation is saved.

How do I access the BrewSoft System ?

BrewSoft 1.0 is a web-based application -- you just need a web browser for access. Internet Explorer is recommended but other browsers will work.

Who uses BrewSoft ?

From large scale brewery operations to small brew pubs, BrewSoft saves time and simplifies management of brewing. It is not intended for the home brewer.

Who developed BrewSoft ?

BrewSoft was developed jointly by Canyon Digital Solutions, LLC in Phoenix, AZ and Four Peaks Brewing Company in Tempe, AZ. Together they have spent the last year analyzing every aspect of the brewing, distrubution and retail operations of breweries.

What is required to run BrewSoft ?

Since BrewSoft is web-based, it needs a Microsoft Web Server and Microsoft SQL to run. It can be installed on your existing Microsoft Network or can be hosted at an ISP. We also offer licensing, where we will manage the server for you.

What POS systems does BrewSoft work with?

Currently BrewSoft can import Data from Aloha POS retail systems. All data can be exported through SQL server if you are running the software in-house. Ask about custom data importing or other retail system importing.

What accounting packages does BrewSoft work with ?

Currently there is no automatic way to get the info into your accounting system, however we are in the process of implementing a QuickBooks and PeachTree solution.

What type of training is offered ?

Most functions can be explained via the help menu or the Setup Wizard, however, if you need us to come out to your brewery, a flat rate training fee is available. Inquire here

Will BrewSoft work with Wineries ?

BrewSoft is designed for use in brewing Beer, although we are working on a winery version. If you are a winery interested in this package Inquire here

What units of measuments are used ?

Currently BrewSoft is setup for U.S. units of measuments (i.e. Gallons). Although it can be configured for using metric units such as liters.
